TEBERDA-NL is a health and wellness resort in the mountains of the Bostanlyk district, Tashkent region, in the village of Koronkul. Clean mountain air, quiet surroundings and a family atmosphere; the grounds are entirely alcohol-free. Every treatment plan is individual: each guest is first examined by a doctor, and a course of procedures is then selected according to their condition and indications. Available treatments include physiotherapy, therapeutic massage, ozone therapy, a cedar phyto-barrel, Charcot shower and mud therapy, along with consultations with a cardiologist, neurologist, therapist and ultrasound specialist. For leisure there is a spa area with sauna, hammam and indoor pool, a separate women's pool, a gym, billiards, table tennis, backgammon and massage chairs. Children have a playground, trampolines and a tubing slope. Three buffet meals a day are included, and a phyto-bar is open to guests.
