These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UzWellness website, mobile experiences, and booking services (together, the “Platform”), operated by UzWellness, headquartered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. By creating an account or making a booking you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who we are
UzWellness is a travel marketplace that connects guests with sanatoriums, wellness resorts, and related travel services (transfers, flights, trains, car rental, and visa assistance) in Uzbekistan. For most bookings we act as an intermediary between you and the independent service provider (for example, a sanatorium). The provider — not UzWellness — is responsible for delivering the booked stay, treatment, or service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly at support@uzwellness.uz if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Bookings and prices
When you submit a booking you make an offer to purchase the selected service on the terms shown at checkout, including any provider-specific rules. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us. Prices are displayed in the currency you select (USD, EUR, RUB, AED, or UZS); amounts in currencies other than the provider’s base currency are indicative and may be converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate availability, descriptions, and prices, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Where a manifest pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected booking and issue a full refund.
4. Payment
Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers. Depending on the rate you choose, you may pay online at the time of booking or in cash on arrival at the provider. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total amount shown, including applicable taxes and fees.
5. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set by the service provider and are shown on the booking before you confirm. Some rates are non-refundable. Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. Requests to change or cancel should be made through your account or by contacting our support team.
6. Visa assistance
Visa assistance is a support service to help you prepare and submit documentation. We do not issue visas and cannot guarantee that any visa will be granted, nor the timeframe for a decision, which rests solely with the competent Uzbek authorities. You are responsible for ensuring your travel documents are valid and accurate.
7. Your responsibilities
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking or payment information.
- Comply with the rules, check-in requirements, and conduct policies of each provider you book.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its text, design, logos, and software, is owned by UzWellness or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial booking purposes. All other rights are reserved.
9. Third-party services
The Platform integrates services provided by third parties (for example, mapping, payment processing, and transport providers). Your use of those services may be subject to the third party’s own terms. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. UzWellness acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts, omissions, or quality of services delivered by independent providers. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a booking is limited to the amount of the service fee we received for that booking.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold UzWellness harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the competent courts of Tashkent, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
