We provide an online platform that lets you search, compare, and book stays and programs at sanatoriums and wellness centers, together with optional services such as transfers. We act as an intermediary between you and the service provider; the provider is responsible for delivering the booked service.

The Offer is deemed accepted when you complete a booking and any required payment. From that moment, this Offer together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy forms a binding agreement between you and UzWellness.

• Prices are shown on the Platform in the currency indicated at the time of booking.
• Displayed prices in a currency other than the provider's native currency are indicative conversions; the amount actually charged is the booking's native-currency total.
• Payment is processed by our authorized payment providers at the time of booking, unless a pay-later option is offered.
• A booking is confirmed only after the required payment (or authorized reservation) is completed.

Each rate has its own conditions (refundable or non-refundable, free-cancellation window, penalties), shown before you book and stored with your booking. Cancellations and changes are governed by those conditions and by the cancellation flow described in our Terms of Service. Refunds, where due, are returned via the original payment method within the period required by applicable law and the payment provider.

• Provide accurate personal and guest information required to fulfil the booking.
• Comply with the rules of the sanatorium, resort, or transport provider.
• Pay for the services in full and on time under the selected rate.

• Provide access to the Platform and process bookings you submit.
• Transmit your booking details to the relevant service provider.
• Provide customer support and handle cancellation and refund requests under the applicable conditions.

UzWellness is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent service providers, for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in this Offer excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

This Offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiation; failing that, disputes are subject to the competent courts of Uzbekistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.

We may amend this Offer at any time by publishing the updated version on the Platform. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
